Quick Tip - A Faster Way to Email Files

Instead of opening Outlook (or Firebird or any other windows email program for that matter), you can email a file straight from Windows Explorer. Right-click on the file, select “Send To” and then select “Mail Recipient”. An email message will automatically be created with the file name, the attachment, and some boilerplate text that’s not half bad if you’re in a hurry. If you already have the folder open, or the file you’re sending is in a location that’s easy to reach, this ends up being much quicker than navigating through your email.
